No, Wisconsin.  California doesn't have a monopoly on stupid laws to hurt
old car afficianados.
I didn't even mention how the ethanol causes "vapor lock" in the fuel
lines on hot days.
The government won't be happy until the only cars on the roads are the
US equivalent of the Trabant or Yugo.
