Videovision studio v. Tel áEHas anyone seen stuff done with
Radius' new Telecast card (might be called
videovision studio pro). I'd like to know if it is really $7000 dollars
etter
than the videovision studio setup. I'm starting a studio for Hi-8 online
editing, multimedia and possibly later some mpeg CD-roms. I would be using an
8100 and Sony V-deck and SLV-1000. The ability to input in component
ntrigues
and the better sound support is almost necessary. But is the quality going to
be able to pay for itself? Also, can I get by without a TBC? I would rather
use
Sony's SLV-1000 for recording from the computer since it can be controlled
with
a
V-box (and it is less $$$$). If a TBC would really make a difference, then
maybe I should get the new EV-S7000 Hi-8 deck and Panasonic's AG1970. Or
ould
I get an outboard TBC for reasonable $$. I'm soooo glad to have found this
echo. Helloo Nurse!
