He is talking about the actual shows, not the characters involved.
The Fantastic Four should guest star in Silver Surfer, as well as
SHe Hulk, Dr. Strange (Yay!), Fire Lord, and Nova (Richard Ryder,
and the other one that we've seen in the show).
Perhaps the legendary BAD DOCTOR, Dr. Victor Von Doom (One Nation
Under Doom, baby!) should show up eventually.  Remember, Dr. Doom
one possessed the Power Cosmic (in the cartoon, at least) and
is one of Marvel's leading villains.
