There is little or no outward evidence of "Jewishness" or
Gypsy-hood, either.
In the days of the Inquisition and the Roman Catholic sect being a majority in
Europe when Jews were routinely kept in ghettos or burned as heretics and
witches there were "marrones" or secret Jews. Of course back in those days
circumcision was a religious ritual and not done simply for health reasons ...
so a male secret Jew's wedding tackle would give him away to the Papists.

Oddly the gypsies, (Romany, Romish) who originated in India, were of as pure
Aryan stock as their European cousins - as both originated with the Andronovo
culture from the second millennium BCE, which displaced the Dravidians (now
where have we herd that term before?). As much or more so pure than the German
ideal that Schickelgruber was promoting.
