How does the court decide if the child never lived with the father? Say
she got knocked up and him/her left the other indivdual. And 3000 of
7000 is a rediculous amount. That equates to a decent salary. A man in
that situation would be advised to take the child and run to a country
with no extradition to Canada. Does the Canadian system not see what it
is doing to fathers and children, all so that the mother can afford a
higher standard of living?

If you agree with such an obnoxious and egregious system Heidi, I would
suggest a long look in the mirror. Think of paying that much of your
income for the care of your child, seeing that child 4 days a month at
best, and NOT HAVING ANY WAY TO HOLD THE MOTHER ACCOUNTABLE FOR
ACTUALLY SPENDING THE MONEY ON THE CHILD. Oh yeah, pretend you have 3
more kids at home with you.... fuck the Canadian CS system, and the
American one as well.

Oh yeah, and if the goal is to keep women off of welfare, give children
to the parent not on welfare. Go on welfare, lose your kids.
