.... and it is misleading. This is what FTS-5001 defines:

According to the nodelist comments a non-standard port is defined like

INA:123.45.67.89,IBN:24556
(only "IP-addres" (sic) are mentioned)

FTS-5001 also allows
IBN:example.com:24556
