I am the treasurer of a small club or R/C racers.  We are in the process of 
attempting to register our club as a Non-profit Organization.  The "powers 
that be" have informed us that the require a copy of our by-laws in order to
proceed...alas, therein lies the rub, none of the officers of the club in-
cluding yours truly has any experience in these type of matters.  Any advice/
help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
