However, the original reference was to a mail _room_. Typically
deliveries whether commercial carrier or USPS comes to the same room.
One working in a mail room would handle it pretty much the same
regardless of who delivered it, hence from the employee's perspective,
it is all "mail".
And, I think, Charles was pursuing a discussion about where Scott may
work instead of in a law enforcement related position. This type of
tangential nit picking and the ensuing retaliations is what got him
booted from AAC2, not some conspiracy of his perceived enemies.
