You have got to be the only person in this country that carries his
birth certificate around with him - and proof that that birth certificate
you're carrying is in fact yours.  While a driver's license is (considered
to be) proof of identification, it is *not* proof of citizenship *or* legal
residence; neither, FTM, is a military ID card.
