More because there is a huge anti-incumbent ground swell in elective politics
in this country. On both sides. Arlen Specter went in the tank in favour of
retired Admiral Joe Sestak. Rand Paul whupped the establishment's endorsed
fair-haired-boy, Blanch Lincoln squeaked into a run-off because she was thought
not liberal enough by Arkansas democrats ... and so it goes.

It ain't just the tea-baggers or the Media Matters crowd - it's lots of people
from Joe Six-Pack to Smithers van Gottrocks who don't want to leave the current
crop of congress critters with their cozy sinecures.
