You have no earthly clue about which you speak. There was nothing
"haphazard" about systematically starving 20+ million or purging
undesirables.

So did the communists.

"More time?" The Nazis had from 1939 to 1945. The USSR starved
20+ million in one year. Mao killed off uncounted millions in less time
than that. Pol Pot killed millions in just days.
