He was boasting that he had just recently, like within the last month or so,
done it. The statute of limitations don't run out quite that quickly, Davey
boy!


He also stated that he had `given' some of it to another person. According to
Florida law...thats `furnishing' it to someone, which is also a criminal act.


And if it was within 1000 feet of certain places, like a school or day care
center, its a felony, and carries a 15 year prison term. Not to mention a
heavy fine.
