There is a 'beta' upgrade to OS/2 Warp that supports Windows32s code up to 
the 1.25 level.  I don't know if it ever went gold or not.  The file is a 
little over 12kb in size and I could send it to you via direct netmail (I do 
not use routed netmail for files, I would like to stay as one of the 'good' 
guys.)
I have a file with the same name here that is the actual Windows32s 1.25b 
code. The file is 1.1MB in size.
