Dear Susan,
    I don't have a company to suggest to your friend, but i do have an
altrenate suggestion.
   She could obtain some tracing type paper [corsible bond with high rag
content works well]  place it over the pattern and trace with a transfer
pencil or pen.
    If she wants color, the pens come in various colors.
