Well, the hard right is a singularly humourless bunch of individuals.
Collectively (if it's permitted to mention "collective" in relation to the
right) their sense of what passes for humour is based in spite, vindictiveness,
and cruelty. The right's best knee slappers tend to be of the
"Gotcha" vein.

Of course, the hard left ain't much better. Only more whiny.
