Novell has a form to download from their web site that must be completed
and mailed to them, along with $9.00 US and two photos. I would look for
the form as a link off http://education.novell.com and follow directions
on the form.
I've seen it on the CNI web site, but that is secure, so I'd expect to
find the form in another place as well.
