He did no such thing.


Thats a load of crap. When Clinton took office there `wasn't' any deficit, and
the National Debt stood at about 4.4 trillion.



Clinton ran a deficit up to $281.26 billion. When he left the White House, he
left behind a deficit of 133.9 billion.


*Surplus*? He didn't have any *surplus* with the debt standing at $5.8
trillion when he left office.


He started without any deficit, and managed to run the national debt up by
about $1.4 trillion, and left a deficit of $133.29 billion!


By the way....the money Clinton *claimed* was a `surplus' was borrowed!


Thats like borrowing $10,000 from a bank, then going home and telling your
wife you have a $10,000 surplus, without bothering to inform her there are
monthly payments involved with that so-called *surplus*!


If they imposed the same penalties on congress critters and presidents for the
way they run our national money, as they impose on people that `gerrymander'
the numbers in their bank accounts, most ex-presidents and a lot of congress
people would be in prison right along with Maddoff!
