Oh, they considered them. And snickered. Rightly so, IMO.

The problem is that BOTH the elephants and the jackasses are manoeuvring for
political advantage in a non zero sum game instead of doing the people's
business which is what they were ostensibly sent to Washington to do. Fuck 'em
all, the long, the short, and the tall.

No incumbents in 2010 is my cry!
