Make sure you check the amount of Carbs. I see so much of this sugar free 
stuff and yet the amount of Carbs is a dead giveaway on how much sugar, 
though not necessarily actual sugar, but sugar after it is broken down in the 
body, exists in the product. Sugar free cookies are very likely to have the 
hidden carbs. Good thing about the ice cream is it seemed to have a lot of 
Sugar alcohols and not actual sugar. The dieticians say with sugar alchols 
you can count them as half. For example if it says 24 grams of carbs and it's 
sugar alcohol, it really equals about 12 grams of sugar for most people. Just 
be aware.. The product makers don't necessarily care if we are diabetics.
