subject: Qrigin line problem

On Sep 02 Joe E. Dodson sez to ALL:

JED> My origin line is not coming out right. I have it defined as
JED> but what seems to be coming out is a line from my areas.bbs
If I remember right, the order of precedence for the origin line is:
    1) the file named ORIGIN in 1.msg formats or
the file named xxxxxxxx.SQO in Squish essage bases

    2) the Orign line defined in your mail processor *.cfg file
       (e.g. SQUISH.CFG)

    3) the Origin line defined in AREAS.BBS

    4) the origin line defined in your message editor

IOW, if you do NOT define an origin line in item 1 above, the origin line
comes from 2 above. If you do NOT define an origin line in eother 1 0r 2,
it comes from 3. If NONE are defined in 1,2 or3 then 4 is used.

I am not 100% sure of this, but I did some tests a few years ago to
determine exactly this priority, and it seems like this was my findings
then.
