Anyone been watching it?  I've watched the first 4 DVDs so far.  Excellent
as always...  I still don't get why there are cities out in the middle of
nowhere.  How do the people survive?  Why were cities built in near deserts
and how did they get the workers to construct them and architects to design
them?
