Your clue was helpful!  I did a Google a couple days later and it lead to
various unhelpful links but there was one down the line that mentioned in
the summary ep 20.  When I clicked on it, it led me to a forum of a site
that I was not allowed to view... but I pulled out my DVD with ep 20 Attila
the Hun  aka series 2 #7--which is actually near the begining of the
middle--and fast forwarded through it.  I did not see it, but then clicked
on the sketches link on the DVD and sure enough there is "News for
Parrots". I went to that and there it is!  So, yes a thank you very
much for the clue!
