Seriously, virtually any of TCPIP class or book discusses the different
classes, proper net masks and subnetting concepts.
To answer you specifically, I acquired this knowledge studying for the
Microsoft TCPIP 4.0 certification exam.
I'm sure Novell's TCPIP exam covered the same concepts. I just have never
taken it.
