I don't know if they have a site, but I've been finding lots of software
at "http://www.cnet.com".  Cnet Online is apparently an industry
watching group that publicizes press releases and ads on a weekly TV
show (USA network) as well as the 'Net.  From their home page you can
search for software and download it directly from their gopher
connections.  They claim tens of thousands of files, so QMPRO153.ZIP
could be there.
