The only thing is, the witnesses said that's not what happened and the 
forensic evidence said that he didn't do it. Apparently, he fantisized 
some of his actions.
In the original criminal trial, he was found guilty *only* of having an 
unregistered firearm. The only real mistake he made was in running his 
mouth afterwards.
