Think I've finally found something.  Check out
http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=5447 - it's pretty much
the same as the XP image resizer powertoy.  I'm having a couple of problems
at the moment as it's not showing up in the right-click menu but when I get
it working I'll let you all know the results :o)
