generally speaking, SECs are security violations... that means that either
the wrong pkt password is in the packet file or there is not one when there
should be... then there's the possibility that the pkt is not from the
proper address of your feed... the source address in the pkt header should
be the one you have in your tosser's config as a link...

it should be if there's an infozip for win32...

you might want to consider getting a copy of nugent's inspecta so you can
look at those SEC files and see what address they are from and which they
are to... inspecta does a whole lot more but this is all i use it for... if
you can't find a copy, let me know and i'll send over the DOS version i'm
running...
