Yes,  I have setup a copy of Changi as a local news server.  I then toss my 
fido stuff to a point address.  GIGO grabs the mail from the point addy and 
sends it to changi where it's available to be read/write on my WEB page 
(http://cereal.mv.com) using Netscape which launches it's newsreader when you 
click on my message base.  It all works in reverse for mail entered from the 
WWW.
