I have just released PDPCLIB 0.07, a public domain C runtime
library for OS/2.  It has been hatched into the PDOMAIN TIC
echo.  It may be FREQed from 3:711/934 with magic name 
"PDPCLIB".  It is 124307 bytes long and supports Watcom,
gcc, borland and cset compilers.  If file I/O is a CPU bottleneck
