Hi,

I just completed Patch Level 4 for WaterGate 0.93. It finally fixes some
urgent bugs!! (see what happens when I get some time ;).

Important fixes:

- last newsgroup missed bug (christian's hint) 
- no longer multiple ARCmail netmails per outbound (bug had to do with the
FLAGS kludge)
- same MSGID for split parts in *.MSG
- proper 5D outbound for binkley
- Y2K TimEd problem prevention (corrupt date)

Small fixes:

- four digit date in RFC header
- Message-ID logging for rejected news articles
- auto-link should work again
- OS/2 error address i hex

New feature!:

- automatic confirmation date update when a subscriber posts to the list
to avoid him/her from getting confirmation request messages when the post
already has proven activity.

Please upgrade asap and let me know if it works as it should so I can 
announce it and we everybody can distribute it. For your confidence: I am
running p4 myself.
