PKUNZIP 2.04 (with some letter, g, maybe?) is what I use.  It works just
fine.  So, no, you don't need anything newer.  :)  Did you configure
your settings in the QWK door on Doc's properly?  You need to have the
index files sent, unless you are using BW 2.20 or 2.30 and have it set
to create the index.   Are you trying to get too large a packet, maybe?
