You need to realize the equipment I did SW scanning on belonged to
Uncle Sam. I was tweeking you because you said it was "impossible".
The new WinRadio has the capability to scan shortwave and it will be
interesting to know how well it will do. Maybe Bill Cheek has some
comments along that line.
Before having computer controlled SW scanning radios, I did it the
old fashioned way; hours and hours of turning the dial on an R-390. :-)
The only scanner I currently have is a Uniden BC-100XLT.
