This notion of objective reality is self defeative.

At the time, it was correct. BTW, we don't use wings to get to the moon. -)

A rather self defeating concept when you approach it that way. Scientists
have a different approach to objective reality than the philosophical
approach of absolute perfection or nothing. They don't fall into that trap,
they have actually put forth some contrary notions such as uncertainty.
