Hi Monica and Chuck,
Gee thanks! We pictured you guys to be slimmer and shorter ... ...
paybacks ...

Being out in the boonies it must be hard to find an avian vet that is local?
Course local to you guys might mean Omaha or Sioux City ...
What I liked most about watching our young AG grow up -- was watching her
mistakes. I had thought a parrot was born with climbing grace. Not so for
our baby. She learned it ... sometimes the hard way ... heh. She made some
real big boo-boo's. Like climbing our brick wall to the ceiling and then
realizing she couldn't get down (she didn't have flight feathers yet). Many
times she would get stuck in her cage where the only way out of her
predicament was to drop to the bottom of the cage. She often would step back
to a nonexistent perch and fall off of her perch. We worried about her, but
she kept bouncing back like nothing ever happened. A real tom boy. Fun
watching once we realized she wasn't getting hurt.
