 But am taking my new year's resolution seriously
 this time... a little late. [g]

 I posted something along the lines of what you
 state above awhile back, but what I find difficult
 is getting around the eating habits formed in
 your early years. Tough to break.

 Then there's the lesser amount of calories
 expended via exercise, since you don't do as much
 due to aching joints as you age.

 So there're all these not so little factors to
 trip you up.
