Ditto here. About half of 4OS2 and 4DOS utility is in the batch extensions,
and at least in OS/2, they are not that much of an extension, since REXX is
available. The other half though, the command line enhancements and so on
still make 4OS2 a must have application. IBM would have been much better off
buying Rex Conn and the 4DOS stuff for a few bucks than wasting $3,000,000,000
on Lotus.
