The hpt can too have some bug or error in it after autocreate of new areas,
where run of tparser 1.9 comes with warning for new created areas.

But it will be a good ide to fix and update both 1.4 and 1.9 to be
compatible for both Windows XP and Windows-7 for both 32bit and 64bit.
special hpt htick nlupdate and ulc, and for nltools files so win-7 not pop
op with asking of the exe files most be run.
