Hello Sylvia and Thomas,
May I call you Tom?  Welcome to FIDOs PARROTS confernece.  Good thing you own 
an African Grey or you would hear it from the majority of the members here.  
BTW, a few here might argue that saying "African" and "Congo" in the same 
sentence is redundant.  Here to avoid ire, I use AG for African Grey.
Do you really have an outdoor aviary in BC, Canada?  How is that accomplished 
in cold months?
