     Be civil?  :) We've done that for the last 3-4 years.  He
     has actually been in here maybe twice since then.  Last time
     he mentioned he'd be back.  But that was can't even recall
     how long ago.  Sadly we gave up on him doing it on a regular
     basis and try to convince him to give his stuff to a new
     author.  hmm..that was early this summer I think?
