It's weird! It's an addiction, that's what it is... But a usually healthy one, rather than unhealthy... ;) And programs like Bluewave feed the addiction... but that's not a bad thing either... At least in my case, getting introduced to BW, and thereby being able to keep up with messaging in the Genealogy echo (another addiction, BTW, the genealogy, that is), was what got me well and truly addicted to bbs messaging... and then, to a lesser extent, the bbs community... :) Now, even with no genealogy messages to speak of, I'm still well hooked on the echoes that are left that I got into along the way... ;) ttyl neb ... BBS? Yeah, I do bbs. But I can control it ... ___ Blue Wave/QWK v2.20 --- SBBSecho 2.12-Win32* Origin: :::The Holodeck BBS:::Telnet://holodeck.myip.us (1:261/1381) SEEN-BY: 633/267 5030/786 @PATH: 261/1381 38 123/500 379/1 633/267 |
