There is NO "base ISP" nor anything in a PGP sig pointing to ANY ISP.

There is NOTHING in a PGP sig which points to the identity of the
owner unless they made their Public Key available in order to verify
that a message is from the same person each time that particular sig
is used. It is checked by others by using the Public Key given out by
the owner of the sig. The only times a sig could point to someone's
identity is if they placed it up on a key server using their real name
or a "nym".

And the crock of bull#### given out below by Dumbstin DuckFarting
again is just that, DuckFarting. And this is the a-hole who claimed he
has been using PGP since the age of 15.
