I posted a missive about messages To ALL last week or so, apparently you missed it..

As a conference moderator, I have always reserved the right to alter or
amend the rules as needed whenever something new came along that is
disruptive or could possible disrupt the echo.

You addressed the above message To ALL, when it should have been replied to
Mimi Gallandt.

By doing as you did:

You are either trying to defeat a twit filter

or

You are trying to make Mimi Gallandt the topic of discussion.

I will codify this in the rules shortly but you are my guinea pig.

Messages to ALL, cannot be what should have been a message reply to a
specific individual.

Messages To ALL, must contain topic matter that is either announcing
something or introducing subject matter meant to spark debate.

Message to ALL, cannot deal with a echo participant in any way that would
make them the subject for debate.
