Jack tells it like it is. I couldn't have said it any better, well,

BTW, FWIW, OS2C has not had any development or author response since v
1.24 ca. 7-25-98. While FC/2 has continued to be developed, and has an
active listserver which permits you to see all that others input, as
well as the author's response, a worthwhile perk. That said, every time
I try it, I come running back to OS2C. I expect that familiarity plays a
role here.
