It's just a detonation.......

" Being a Starship Engineer had to be the greatest thing in the world
" Milo Bradly thought to himself as he stood looking over the
promenade of Starbase 425.  " Getting to see the Universe at warp
factor 9...and it all depended on him! " But Milo didn't want to wait.
 He wanted to go now! Sadly given that he was 12 years old...he had a fair
time to wait before he could enter Starfleet Academy like his parents had
all those years ago.  " The streaks of star ....ah choo! ' as he
brought his hands to cover his mouth before his explosive sneeze. Pulling
out his hankerchief he made sure his hands were dry, he was wracked with
another explosive sneeze.' Only on Starbases ' stuffily. He blew his nose,
and blinked his eyes to clear them of moisture.

   Ever since he'd been a young child Milo had sneezed on Starbases.  Some
he had no problems with and could go about being a happy child.  Others
were a nightmare waiting to be sneezed at, especially the ones that catered
to the billion or so alien life forms of life in the universe.  On this
particular Starbase, which was close to the Orion sector, his life was
miserable. The green orion women made the place smell interesting and were
nice to look at at when he wasn't violently sneezing with a screaming sinus
headache. Blowing his nose again, he decided to head for mom and dad's
ship. It was closer and another detonation that almost knocked him off his
feet. ' Starbases suck' in a mumble to himself as he made his way to his
ship. he sneezed many more times and by the time he made the ship he was
feeling truly miserable.  Puffy eyes, a headache the likes of which he'd
never had before, and sore muscles that promised to make life difficult the
more he sneezed.
