I can give you pointers...
Squirrelmail needs an IMAP server. I use Courier-IMAP.

You can have Postfix and MySQL both pulling their virtual account info from
MySQL. There are two HOWTOs for Postfix + Courier-IMAP + MySQL on this
page: http://www.postfix.org/docs.html
Once you get the basic Postfix and Courier-IMAP going, then install
SquirrelMail for your web access.
