Still seems relevant to me.  The overeater still has the choice to eat less
or exercise more.  And he or she is only endangering him or herself, not
willingly choosing to risk participating in the spread of a plague.

You aren't really trying to put forward unprotected promiscuity, gay or
hetero, as a rational choice are you?
