I found out that BNU.com is taking away the memory because it is setup to 
start a second time from a line I can't delete in Compiled point program that 
I still use.
The origional buffer wasn't set or something in it will not allow the modem 
to go past 2400.
When I use it, ARJ works fine wil no problems. at 2400.
When I start BNU first, I set the buffer sizes and lock the comm-port high.
Transfers are at 57,600, All files read as BAD ARCHIVE!
I rewrote the batch to include CHOICE statments and now everything works.
