If you go "+" to go to a new area, it will skip an area that
only has 1 unread message in it.  I have fixed that.

MSGED doesn't recognize the squish "locarea" keyword as an
area.  I have also changed that (but not tested it).  I
consider that to be a bug, because I presume it has been a
squish keyword for a long time.  Can be a bit tricky to
decide whether something is a bug or an enhancement.  

Another example is that when you hit escape to exit, it 
doesn't ask for confirmation, even if you have "confirm on".
Is that a bug?  It's not what I would have expected, but it's
been like that for a long time, so I decided to add it as an
enhancement for when I start making enhancements.  If anyone
disagrees, speak up now!!!
