We don't _have_ to update. A CNE-3 may stay a CNE-3, a CNE-4 may stay a
CNE-4. This isn't one of those "continuing education" requirements.
After October 31, you cannot become a CNE-4. Those who have it, can keep
it. Those in progress who are unable to finish by October 31 will be
required to pass the "Building Intranets with IntranetWare" test to get
certified (regardless of what has already been passed), and will become
a CNE-I (unless they are pursuing their CNE-3).
A CNE-4 who wishes to become a CNE-I will be required to pass the
"Building Intranets..." test to do so.
