Normally I don't carry any pin, only sometimes on fairs like CeBIT. Maybe  
it's uncommon in germany to wear it. But I was never asked to prove my  
certifications there. (And I never heard that a client wants to see a  
prove of any academic degree or other certification.)
In most cases I hand out my card. It will be hazardous for you and your  
company to play with titles you're not certified for.
